CP Thorpe is a legal consultancy established in 1991 and now based on the Isle of Man.
We specialise in the drafting and negotiation of international petroleum agreements. Our clients include governments, oil companies both large and small, and contractors.
We are proud to be involved in some of the world's largest and most important petroleum transactions.
There is a lot of content on our web site, and we aim to refresh it regularly. The legal and business content is only likely to be of interest to petroleum industry professionals, energy lawyers and perhaps students.
This is a serious business but we like to have as much fun as possible.
